East Renfrewshire has been chosen as 1 of 11 pilot areas that will benefits from funding to help businesses achieve WorldHost customer service training.
The WorldHost Regional Destination Initiative is your opportunity to be part of a national customer service campaign that will build on the legacy of ‘Scotland 2014’ and help set Scotland apart as a visitor destination.
Over the next two years, four cities, over 70 towns and a set of islands across 11 regions in Scotland will be using the world-renowned WorldHost customer service programmes. The aim is to help them all achieve WorldHost Recognised Destination status – a must-have badge for excellent customer service. And that means we need to get over 4,000 businesses WorldHost Recognised too.
Getting the destinations working together to improve the overall quality and consistency of service across our visitor economy will not only help to showcase the unique hospitality that makes your business and Scotland great, but will also deliver significant benefits to your bottom line!
