Health & Safety

Did you know that even if you have fewer than five members of staff, you still have to ensure you're compliant with health and safety regulations? This service is perfect if you have no knowledge about how to implement these elements.

Legal

Legal is a great Quest service for all businesses. If you have a small business or you're a sole trader, you, in particular, may be pleased to know that you have access to a legal expert included in the price of your membership.

Tax & VAT

Tax & VAT is ideal for any business that needs some free professional advice, especially if you're just setting up your business. You have access to Quest's Tax & VAT lines for any enquiries you may have.

In addition to these four core Quest services, your membership allows you access to a comprehensive online library of documents that cover a wide range of topics, from business to HR. In fact, you can use more than 750 free downloadable templates. These are updated regularly to comply with any changes in legislation and to make any relevant amendments.

If you ever need to make a legal claim, you're entitled to £1,000,000 worth of cover and £100,000 per claim. This includes employment tribunal cover and tax enquiry cover.

Business cover is also included and comprises HSE prosecution defence, property disputes, data protection, licence protection, criminal prosecution, jury service and more. Your personal cover includes personal injury, motor disputes and wrongful arrest, which also covers employees.

A Quest Business Support Manager (BSM) will discuss and highlight the pitfalls in your compliance through a gap analysis of your business.

A BSM will review your existing provision and explain how it differs from the Quest service. Because the Quest service is included in your membership cost, you may not need to pay anything else!
